ChatAja! is comitted respecting your privacy and are comitted to protecting it. We understand how important your Personal Data is and we assure you that we do not share your Personal Data with people or services without your permission. Please read the following Privacy Policy ("Policy") to learn more about how we will uphold our promises to you. This policy describes how we collect, use and disclose the Personal Data that we obtain when you use our applications. By continuing to use or access, you accept the practices outlined in this Policy. If you have any doubts with regards to this Policy, you may contact us at admin@chataja.co.id. If you do not accept any of the practices outlined in this Policy, please do not use our Services.


ChatAja! uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary software, storage and related technology required to run ChatAja!. We choose only reputable vendors which have strict and world-class security standards. 



  • Your Account Information. You provide your mobile phone number to create a ChatAja! account. You provide us the phone numbers in your mobile address book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and your other contacts. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers. You may also add other information to your account, such as profile name, profile picture, and status message.
  • Your Connections. To help you organize how you communicate with others, you may create a favorites list of your contacts, and you can create, join, or get added to groups and such groups and list get associated with your account information. 



  • Usage and Log Information. We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use or Services, how you interact with others, using our Services, and the like), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.

  • Device and Connection Information. We collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, IP address, mobile network information including phone number, and device identifiers. We collect device location information if you use or location features, such as when you choose to share your location with your contacts, view locations nearby or those others have shared with you, and the like, and for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes such as if you are having trouble with our app's location features.

We use cookies to operate and provide our Services, including to provide our Services that are web-based, improve your experiences, understand how our Services are being used, and customize our Services. For example, we use cookies to provide ChatAja! for web and desktop and other web-based services. We may use cookies and simliar technologies on our website to gather information such as the date and time of visits, geographic location, the pages viewed, IP address, links to / from any page, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, and time spent on our website.

  • Status Information. We collect information about your online and status message changes on our Services, such as whether you are online (your "online status"), when you last used our Services (your "last seen status"), and when you laste updated your status message.


  • Information Others provide About You. We receive information other people provide us, which may include information about you. For example, when other users you know use our Services, they may provide your phone number from their mobile address book (just as you may provide theirs), or they may send you a message, send messages to groups to which you belong.

For example, we work with companies to distribute our apps, provide our infrastructure, delivery, and other systems, supply map and places information, process payments, help us understand how people use our Services, and market our Services. You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services.

  • Account Information. Your phone number, profile name and photo, online status and status message, last seen status, and receipts may be available to anyone who uses our services.

  • Your contacts and Others. Users with whom you communicate may store or reshare your information (including your phone number of messages) with others on and off our Services.

  • Third-Party Providers. We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. When we share information with third-party providers, we require them to use your information in accourdance with our instructions and terms or with express permission from you.





You must register for our Services using accurate data, provide your current mobile phone number. You agree to receive text messages (from us or our third-party providers) with codes to register for our Services.


Address Book.

You provide us the phone numbers of ChatAja! users and your other contacts in your mobile phone address book on a regular basis. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers to allow us to provide our Services.



You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services (or such greate age required in your country for you to be authorized to use our Services without parental approval). in Addition to being of the minimum required age to use our Services under applicable law, if you are not old enough to have authority to agree to our Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf.


Devices and Software.

You must provide certain devices, software, and data connections to use our Services, which we otherwise do not supply. for as long as you use our Services, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our Services, including automatically.


Fees and Taxes.

Your are responsible for all carrier data plan and other fees and taxes associated with your use of our Services.



If you would like to manage or change your information, we allow you to do that through the following way:

  • Changing your Mobile Phone Number, Profile Name and Picture, and Status Message. You can change your mobile phone number by contacting our support admin@chataja.co.id. You can also change your profile name, profile picture, and status message at any time.



We will time to time update this Policy to reflect customer feedback, changes in our Services, and to be consistent with applicable data privacy laws and regulation. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of the document. If there are material changes to this Policy, we will notify you.

However, we do strongly encourage you to check the date of this Policy whenever you access our Services and review this Privacy Policy on a regular basis to keep yourself updated on any changes
